Why breath Matters

It begins with breath.

Your breath is the indicator; It lets you know if you are out of alignment, control, or exchanging in energy unwanted by the body.

A soothing beat of breath is where I call home. There, I know I lie in a peaceful state of mind. There, I know I am calm and in good connection.

Once you master the balance of you're breath, you innerstand how to actively incorporate balance in your life.

Once you master how to becalm the accelerated beat of your breath, you master how to console relationships, unwanted attachments & beliefs.

Breathe as if you’ve found it,

Breathe as if you’ve won.

You see, it all begins with breath.

And breath tells the body.

The next time you enter a space, tap into the rhythm of your breath consistency. Is it flowing? Is it shallow and sharp? Is your breath hurried? Heres your gauge; your breath shifts as your internal feelings do—anger, suppressed sadness, amped anxiety. So if breath is my barometer for emotion? I never have to question how I feel about a specific person, situation, or outcome, because I Know. My breath told me.

I once was moving into into a conversation with a peer that previously held opposition for an opinion of mine. Beginning the conversation, my mind space and body already deemed the talk would be situational. Since I’ve pre -predicted the route of our conversation, my breathe was short, as I held angst for outcome. That uneasiness traveled to my anahata (heart chakra) , and I began to feel a sharp pain, right there in my heart, that lasted until I took a moment to soothe my beat of breath. This was my breath signaling to my body, that i was out of alignment. This overstanding of connection allowed me to come to my rescue, calm my breath and realign myself.

Have you ever been so nervous, for a performance, speech, or even a conversation that your breath just wouldn’t allow your words to come out? Like you’re stuck and now words sound short and unsure but you’re actually very knowledgable about what you’re trying to express?

This is where breath balance becomes key. With knowledge of how to navigate the beat of your breath, You have have control over the steering wheel of your life. You can flow through life with calmness and sense of stability.
